These terms are placeholders for product testing, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review them before a public launch.

Early access

Melo is an early-access preview. Match results, profiles, roadmap tools, messaging, availability, pricing, and network participation may be illustrative, incomplete, changed, or removed as the product is tested.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to complete onboarding or join the early-access program. By confirming your age, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

Use Melo respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass others, impersonate someone, submit malicious material, interfere with the service, or use another person’s music without permission.

Your content and music

You keep ownership of music and information you create. Future collaboration features will need clearer project-specific ownership and licensing terms before real files are exchanged.

No payments yet

The preview does not collect payment information or activate a paid subscription. Displayed Melo+ prices are proposed launch pricing and may change. A future checkout will require separate payment terms and PCI-compliant handling.

Disclaimers and limits

Melo is provided “as is” during testing. We cannot guarantee a compatible collaborator, completed project, uninterrupted service, or a particular outcome.
